Terms of Use

Scanner AI Pro is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), which you can read here: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The terms below supplement it.

Subscription

Scanner AI Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription at US$7.79 per week, or the equivalent in your local currency as set by the App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes, and only on documents you have the right to scan, edit, and store. The App includes editing tools that can alter the visible contents of a document; you are solely responsible for how you use them. Do not use the App to create fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents.

Your content

Your documents are yours. They stay on your device, and we claim no ownership or licence over them. We do not receive them, so we cannot recover them for you if you lose them — please keep your own backups.

Text recognition accuracy

Text recognition and document detection are automated and imperfect. Recognized text may contain errors, especially with handwriting, unusual fonts, poor lighting, or damaged originals. Always check the output before relying on it for anything that matters.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, documents, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update the App and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
