How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, choose Scanner AI Pro, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
I paid but the App still asks me to subscribe.
Open the App and tap Restore on the subscription screen. This re-checks your Apple account for an active purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
The camera doesn't detect my document.
Detection needs contrast between the page and what's underneath it. A white sheet on a white table is genuinely hard. Put the document on a darker surface, get even lighting, and make sure all four corners are inside the frame. If auto-capture is being fussy, tap the Auto/Manual toggle and take the shot yourself.
How do I edit the text that's printed on a scan?
Open the document, tap the menu in the top right, and choose Edit PDF. Recognized lines of text are highlighted. Tap one and you can retype it in place — the original is covered with the page's own background colour. Pinch to zoom in first if the text is small.
Can I add my signature?
Yes. In the editor tap Sign, draw your signature with a finger, then drag it where it belongs and resize it with the corner handles. Tap Save and it's part of the PDF.
My exported Word/Excel file is just text, not a perfect copy of the layout.
That's expected. Editable formats are rebuilt from the text recognized in your scan, so you get something you can edit rather than a picture of a document. If you want a pixel-perfect copy of the original, export as PDF or JPG.
Where are my documents stored?
On your device, in the App's own storage. We don't have servers holding your paperwork. That means it's private — and it also means that if you delete the App, the documents go with it. Export anything you want to keep.
